Robert Williams is the author of three books dealing with Life Span Psychology, Creativity, and Romantic Relationships. He has invented many simulation games for education as well as for the mass market. He is also the Co-developer of the M.I.T. system of designing games to change attitudes and behavior, the author of numerous academic articles on gaming and teaching, and a Consultant on Management Training and Creativity for Lucent Technologies, Hallmark, Helzberg Diamonds, and Ferrellgas. Dr. Williams is the co-winner of the Kauffman award for teaching excellence for his work in creating a life simulation that was an early predecessor of the "In a Lifetime" game. Robert Williams has been a college Professor for more than 30 years.

Sharon Williams has experience in both secondary and college education. She taught 25 years in high school instructing courses in Psychology, Advanced Placement Psychology, Biology, and Health. More recently she has taught courses in Psychology and Education at Maple Woods College. She is the co-winner of the Kauffman award for teaching excellence for her work in creating a life simulation that was an early predecessor of the "In a Lifetime" game.
David Goben

David Goben has been a software developer for almost 20 years. He began his career in Research and Development in the semiconductor industry: designing, building, and programming silicon wafer processing machines. David then began developing websites, adding several technologies to his skill-set. This includes the .Net stack, SQL, Azure, etc. After working in the website development field for 10 or so years, David decided to try something new: video game development. This is when he met Dr. Robert Williams. He became the principle developer for the game "In a Lifetime". He has since started his own indie video game company: Kinnor Games.

Kali Young has worked for over 17 years in education, serving students K-12 as a teacher in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program, vice principal, and instructional coach. She has spoken as a regional presenter for Stephen Covey’s Leader in Me and completed training with the National Institute of School Leadership. She has also worked in the financial services industry as a director of strategic planning and leadership development coach. She is studying with the Center for Executive Coaching to become a certified executive coach.

Alex is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 15 years of experience in game development and research. Co-developer of the M.I.T. system of designing games to change attitudes and behavior, he has published numerous articles on using games for training and teaching. Alex has consulted on a national basis on health care utilization. A TEDx Talk and keynote speaker, he has written for Scientific American and Aeon Magazine. Alex’s work has also been featured in Inc. Magazine and on NPR.
